Shipping & Returns

Processing, Shipping and Delivery:

Please advise us if you have a special required delivery date for purchase by including your request in the message text box in check out or by calling us at 410-822-8181. We will make every effort to accommodate your special needs.

All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Most orders are shipped directly from Aerochartsupply in Easton, Maryland via either United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground Service or United States Postal System (USPS). Most of the products we offer are in stock and available for shipment within 1-2 days of placing your order.  For Express or Rush shipping, please contact Customer Service at 410-822-8181 for rates.

Expedited Shipping

There is an additional fee available in checkout should you choose to expedite your shipping.  2nd Day is $25.00 and for a next day delivery the charge is $50.00.   Depending on the size of the shipment, we reserve the right to charge more should the weight or number of packages warrant additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges:

Aerochartsupply is committed to customer satisfaction. All our merchandise is guaranteed to be in excellent condition. Every order has been thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse and has been carefully packaged to insure that it arrives to you in perfect condition.  We accept returns on non-perishable items (excluding items such as charts and other dated products) within 30 days of shipment.  When received, we will issue a credit minus any shipping costs we have incurred.

Damaged or defective merchandise:

Please examine the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Customer Service at 410-822-8181 within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. We will request delivery back to Aerochartsupply by customer or will issue a return authorization and arrange to have your package picked up. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will either replace it at no charge or issue a merchandise credit minus shipping charges. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization. All returned items must be in original, unused condition.

When packaging your merchandise for return:

1. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization, regardless of the reason for return.

2. Please re-use the original carton and packing material.

3. Please include a packing slip indicating the item(s) and quantity being returned and a brief explanation why you are returning the merchandise. Include your return authorization.

4. Place the merchandise, packing slip and return authorization inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape.
